Rental conditions

1. The client collects the order themselves unless the delivery option is chosen.
2. The client sets up themselves unless the setup option is chosen.
3. The client returns the order themselves unless the collection option is chosen.
4. Items must come back in their original boxes.
5. Textiles must not be washed or ironed.
6. Textiles must come back dry and free of waste.
7. Accessories must be emptied and dusted.
8. Standard professional cleaning is included.
9. Abnormal dirt (heavy wax, wine, oil, makeup, dampness) is charged.
10. Breakage and loss are charged at replacement value.
11. Late returns are charged 20% of the rental amount per day.
12. A deposit is required on every rental.
13. The deposit may be partially or fully retained based on the return inspection.
14. Photos taken at pickup and return serve as evidence.
